Our Rector writes with this sad news:

Carol Hallenbeck’s son, Tom, let me know that Carol died several hours ago. She had declined quickly this week from fully in charge of her demeanor. She was suffering from congestive heart failure and was in hospice these last few days at Grady Hospital. 
A funeral date is expected to be set later this year in the spring or summer. 

Please keep Carol and her family and friends in your prayers. 
Rest eternal grant to Carol, O Lord, and let light perpetual shine upon her. May her soul, and the souls of all the faithful departed through the mercy of God, rest in peace. Amen.
