Update on Melva Colegrove

The Rector writes that Melva Colegrove remains in hospice at Riverside Hospital. He attended her on Monday. Her energy is quite low. She can barely speak and she does not feel at all well, and she says that she doubts she will be feeling better.
Riverside limits visitors to individual hospice patients to three at a time and they must follow the various Covid protocols specific to that institution: masks (provided at the front door); don’t be ill; the number of people on elevators; ID bracelets, etc.
Also, he asks that visitors should bear in mind that with three people visiting, additional visitors may be backing up at the front desk and so should time their stay accordingly.
May God enfold Melva and relieve her of, and uphold her in, her suffering. AMEN
