Prayers for Bobbie Thrall
Geoff Thrall tells us about Bobbie better than anyone else can:
“Dear Friends:
Last Thursday morning, I awoke to find Bobbie very weak and incoherent. The EMT squad took her to Riverside Hospital. She was diagnosed with congestive heart failure, a urinary tract infection, and was also suffering much pain in her right knee (replaced 4 years ago) After a couple of very rocky days, things started to improve. Today, she is very much better. The infection is under control, as are the heart issues. Thanks be to God! The pain in the knee, which is important because it limits PT and Rehab, is better but needs to improve. Tomorrow, we will be released from the hospital. Rehab will be necessary. At this point, it is up in the air as to whether to go to a rehab facility or go home with rehab there. It is a difficult decision which will depend a great deal on how much she has improved tomorrow. Obviously, we would prefer to go home, but It must be physically manageable for us. Please pray for Bobbie and I as we make this decision tomorrow.
God Bless,
Geoff”
May our gracious God look after Bobbie and speed her recovery and support Geoff as he cares for his dear wife. AMEN
