Updates on Marsha Ketring and Bobbie Thrall
As you may recall, Marsha Ketring was the wife of one of Milt Wyman’s former residents and she had a cerebral aneurysm. Ultimately her outcome was death a few months ago.
Milt related that her husband Kenny Ketring is still in the depths of prolonged and profound grief. And so we pray for Kenny Ketring.
May our gracious and merciful God relieve him of and release him from this horrible emotional state so that he may more easily return to a normal life. AMEN
Geoff Thrall writes to update us on Bobbie and he always says it better than I can:
“It’s been a busy 10 days since a week ago Friday. Briefly, we entered Riverside Nov 23 and transferred to Rehab at Willowbrook – Lazelle Rd last night, Sat, Dec 1. In the hospital, Bobbie was treated for fluid on lungs, possible infection, anemia (hemoglobin at 7.0) and weakness. After much testing and some medication changes, she was deemed medically ok for release to rehab. We don’t have any schedule yet, but Bobbie is much improved from a few days ago. WHAT A TROOPER!!! I will keep you posted.
“Please no visitors or calls. As always, emails, cards and most of all prayers are most welcome and appreciated.”
May our good and merciful Lord give Bobbie a swift recovery and uphold her and Geoff as they endure this. AMEN
